Convert tables from your PDF files to Microsoft® Excel spreadsheets. Select pages or entire document.

Steps for Converting PDF Files Directly into Microsoft Excel

  1. Select Convert PDF Files from the Start Menu.
  2. Open the PDF file you want to convert.
  3. Select PDF to Excel from the Drop Down option on the menu.
  4. PDF to Excel specific options will now show on the Ribbon Menu, select any that are appropriate for your conversion.
  5. Click on PDF to Excel once again to convert the file.
