Steps for Scanning to PDF/A

1. Click on Scan to PDF from the Start Menu.
2. Select your scanner.
3. Click Scan. Options are based on the functionality of your scanner.
4. The scanned pages will load into the Page View window.
5. Choose the PDF/A compliance level from the drop down menu.
6. Click the PDF to PDF/A button in the Ribbon to convert the file.
7. Name and Save your PDF/A File.
