Adobe Licenses Solid Documents Technology for Acrobat XI

Nelson, New Zealand – May 20, 2013 – Solid Documents, a leading developer of document reconstruction and archiving software, announced that Adobe Systems Incorporated (Adobe) has licensed the Solid Framework SDK for Adobe® Acrobat® XI. Adobe Acrobat XI takes advantage of Solid Documents’ PDF to Word, Excel PowerPoint and other conversion capabilities, allowing Acrobat XI users to easily reuse and repurpose PDF content.

Adobe has been integrating Solid Documents technology into Acrobat since 2010. “We’re excited that Adobe is continuing to use Solid Framework as part of Adobe® Acrobat® XI,” said Michael Cartwright, founder and CEO of Solid Documents.
