Steps for Extracting Text from a PDF file to a Plain Text File

1. Select Convert PDF Files from the Start Menu.
2. Open the PDF file you want to convert.
3. Select PDF to Text from the Drop Down option on the menu.
4. PDF to Text specific options will now show on the Ribbon Menu, select any that are appropriate for your conversion.
5. Click on PDF to Text once again to Extract the Text.
