Steps for Converting PDF Files to PDF/A Compliant Files

1. Select PDF to PDF/A from the Start Menu Screen.
2. Select the PDF file you want to convert.
3. Choose the Compliance level you want to use when converting your file.
4. Click on PDF to PDF/A from the Main Ribbon Menu to Save and Convert the File.
