Q. When I try to install the program, I get an "Unable to load options file" message (version 3)

A. You are seeing this message because the MSXML parser either does not exist or is not functioning on your computer. To correct this problem:

1. Download msxml3.zip from our Web site
2. Unzip the file.
3. Right-click msxml3.msi and choose Install. If you don't have a XML parser on your machine this will install it.
4. Try running our program again. If you still get the same error, then your XML parser is damaged. Re-installing will NOT repair it.

If that does not work, try this:

1. Download RepairXML3.zip.
2. Unzip RepairXML3.zip file and then, in Windows Explorer, double-click the file to run it. You should see a dialog box with the following:
   "DllRegisterServer in C:WINDOWSsystem32msxml3.dll succeeded."
