Word Add-ins - Installing Solid Converter PDF to Word (v3)
If you use Microsoft Word as your word processor, Solid Converter PDF can create a plug-in to Microsoft Word so you can open PDF files in Word or create PDF files from Word documents.
To open or create a PDF document, you can either use the buttons on the toolbar...
...or make a selection from the File menu.
Security Warnings
When you run Word after installing Solid Converter PDF, you may see a security warning (if you have macro security set to high):
If you see this warning, you must select the Always trust macros from this source check box, then click the Enable Macros button to be able to use Solid Converter PDF from within Word.
(Note: If you click the Open PDF button and get a message stating The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your macro security settings, that means you chose not to allow Word to run the VoyagerSoft, LLC macros.)
You may also see a certificate. This certificate ensures that our Word plug-in has not been tampered with and is virus- and worm-free.
Toolbar Options
You can display or hide the Open PDF or Create PDF buttons from the toolbar in Word using the View|Toolbars|PDF Converter... command. To remove the buttons permanently, go to Tools|Customize in Word and deselect the Solid Converter PDF check box.
