Q. When I email customer support, what information do you need from me?

A. If you are having trouble send us a copy of the support information page. You can forward this information to us by accessing Solid Documents via the Windows Start Programs menu, selecting Solid PDF Creator, and then clicking Support Info (or Services and Support). When that dialog opens click the Support tab, then click the Email button to send us the support information.

It is also helpful if you can send us a screenshot of your error, any relevant files (original and converted), and a detailed description. This information is necessary for us to offer you the quickest turnaround on support. (Please be aware that without this information we might not be able to answer your question fully.)
