A. Your unlock code is linked to the e-mail address and name supplied during purchasing and registration. You have to enter all the information exactly as it is displayed in that e-mail. If you’re still having trouble, try copying and pasting information from the e-mail into the program. If you continue to have trouble, please us your support information.
